In the Final Sanction, the United States and the Soviet Union have
commenced a nuclear war.
Instead of world annihilation, it was decided that the conflict
would be resolved by a death match between the two fiercest warriors from
each nation. Defending the Soviet Union, was non other than Robert
Z'Dar, who played the mighty Sergei.
His commanding officer was Z'Dar's long time on screen comrade,
William Smith. Playing a Russian was no challenge to Smith, who had
previously been cast as a general in Red Dawn.
Z'Dar was briefed for the mission, using high-tech Soviet Mind
control techniques.
Sergei was ready to die for his country, and almost took his own
life to prove that he was worthy.
